Audience: Leaders, Managers, Supervisors, Team leaders, Sales and Operations, who would like to get better at developing and maintaining effective relationships.

Outcomes:  

Understanding and applying the latest research into what influences others, the  importance of non-verbal communication, and an increased awareness of your social style and your impact on others when dealing with others.
